Supervision of the PPP (Public-Private Partnership) contract for a secondary-level general hospital in a border city in Chiapas, which will serve more than 200,000 beneficiaries.

Navarro & Cal y Mayor supervised the design, construction, equipping, operation, and maintenance of the general hospital, which has a capacity of 180 inpatient beds, 36 consultation rooms covering 36 medical specialties, and 6 operating rooms.

  • Validation of developer services (operation and maintenance).
