Project supervision and construction of an 11,000 m² residential building—featuring 12 levels plus a rooftop, 97 apartments, a gym, and a party room—located on Avenida Insurgentes in Mexico City.

Navarro & Cal y Mayor carried out the review of the current construction processes, as well as monitoring the correct compliance with the time, cost and quality standards of the rest of the work.
