Multi-site program management of studies, designs, and construction supervision for educational infrastructure projects in Colombia, on behalf of the Educational Infrastructure Financing Fund (2016–2019).

Navarro & Cal y Mayor supervised the studies, designs, and construction work for the building, expansion, and improvement of school classrooms—necessary for the implementation of the single-shift school day—in urban and rural areas of Colombia.
