Project and construction management for the LAP Complex, a mixed-use development with a construction area of ​​21,234.76 m², located in the city of Culiacán, in the state of Sinaloa, Mexico.

Navarro & Cal y Mayor provided project and construction management services for the mixed-use complex, which comprises three towers—two residential (Tower 1 with 4 levels and Tower 2 with 5 levels, totaling 48 apartments) and one office tower (ground floor plus 3 levels)—along with a ground-floor commercial area and three levels of underground parking.
