Project and construction supervision of a commercial and corporate building with a construction area of ​​23,575 m², located in the city of Irapuato, in the state of Guanajuato, Mexico.

Navarro & Cal y Mayor provided project and construction supervision for the building, which will feature five levels of parking, two levels of retail space, and six levels of offices and co-working space.
