Scopes of the project
- Planning, organization, coordination, supervision, and control of construction work.
- Review of the general work execution schedules, permanent installation equipment, labor, and construction machinery and equipment.
- Validation of the activity schedule, review and verification of material quality, and monitoring for compliance with general and specific construction specifications.
