According to the information received by the client, Navarro & Cal y Mayor carried out project management in the pre-construction phase considering the management of the following disciplines:

  • Coordination of architectural project and engineering.
  • Value Engineering.
  • Elaboration of basic budget.

Scopes of the project

  • Construction management during the construction phase for the sales booth and exhibition department.
  • Preparation of construction schedule and expenditure flow.
  • Preparation of plans and programs for budget, schedule and quality control for the construction phase.
