Navarro & Cal y Mayor performs Independent Engineer services during the operation and maintenance phase under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) contract framework.

Scopes of the project

  • Review, validation, and monitoring of insurance policies, bonds, permits, licenses, and authorizations required for proper operations.
  • Compliance review regarding the refinancing authorization.
  • Evaluation, validation, and monitoring of service provision by the developer and associated deductions.
  • Technical and economic evaluation of the project.
  • Document review regarding environmental and social aspects, as well as the preparation of a proposed Environmental and Social Action Plan.
