Construction Management for the restoration of a commercial building with a constructed area of ​​2,038 m²—classified by INBAL as a property of artistic value—located in the Roma neighborhood, Cuauhtémoc Borough, Mexico City.

Navarro & Cal y Mayor supervised the preservation and reintegration of elements of historical significance, as well as the integration of newly restored elements, thereby ensuring the continued functionality of the architectural and engineering designs.
